Fruits & Vegetables That Can Prevent Alopecia

ALOPECIA (hair loss) can be caused by many things, including stress, skin diseases (eg, dandruff), sun exposure, thyroid hormone imbalance, exposure to chemicals, as well as cancer therapies.

Method:
1. Process carrots, beets, peppers, and water with a juice extractor / juicer with high speed.
2. Mix with sweet orange juice and add ice cubes if desired.
3. Serve immediately.
