10 Children's Health Tips


Children are particularly vulnerable to disease. It is a natural thing, because their immune system was developing at that time. But parents can help improve their health in many ways.

Here are tips for you.

1. Sport Safe, Child Safe
Some children were injured when they do sports. Give an explanation to coach your child to avoid injury and how to treat injuries.


2. Do not be forced to Eat
Avoid the "war" when eating. Let your child choose when their stomachs full, and do not give any comment they choose to eat.

3. Families Together
Do exercise together for your child's health. Plan what activities you will do, such as cycling to school, hiking, and fun things but still healthy.

4. Diabetes alert
Protect your child. Serve 2 servings of fruit and vegetables per day. And increase their activities outside the home.

5. Good night
Leave your child in his room when they were preparing to sleep in his room. If you stay there until he fell asleep, they will be surprised when they discover you are not there with him.

6. Mom Massage
Massage will help children become more comfortable. Give a massage 10 minutes before bedtime to help them sleep.

7. Show the Love

8. Intelligent Child
You certainly want your child smarter, aren't you? Forget the video. Talk, play together, giving attention to children can help stimulate the brain.

9. Avoid the Flu
Give your child a cup of yogurt a day to avoid the risk of colds by about 25%. Probiotics help boost their immune system.

10. Children's Cough?
You worry about the side effects your child's cough medicine? For children aged over 1 year, use a few tablespoons of honey before they sleep. One study showed that honey managed to calm a cough at night.
