This means that you clean the whole point of the bathroom and floor surfaces with a disinfectant cleaner at least once a week. But if one or several members of your family are suffering from diarrhea or the flu, wash more often.

Use the right cleanser
The experts agreed that the disinfectant cleaners that contain bleach 10% (this means you must mix the water and cleaning with a ratio of 10: 1).

Give special attention to the toilet
All excretion (disposal) occurs here. Biofilms grow after a few hours overgrown with bacteria, although with normal flora. Where to make the bacterial pathogen remains alive even with chlorine tablets in the toilet water. So, scrub the toilet with soap, disinfectant, and brush once a week.

Keep the shower, bucket, and floor of microscopic fungi (mold and mildew)
You must be diligent in cleaning the shower, bucket shower, and floor of fungal growth. If you feel the surface of the shower or bath scoop a little slick, clean up rough.

Do not use cleaning sponge twice
It could be that when you clean the bathroom, there are bacteria that are still lagging behind. In other words, every time you clean the bathroom buy a new sponge and use a cloth to dry.

When finished cleaning the bathroom, you have not finished. There are important things that concerned with your personal hygiene:

  • Clean your hands after using the toilet and before brushing your teeth.
  • If you use a toilet seat, close the toilet after you flush. Because when you close the lid when you flush the toilet, it will not allow bacteria to ascend to the surface.
  • Dispose of your old toothbrush after you recover from illness.
