Overcoming Difficult Eating Child

WHILE there are some children are overweight, there are some who are too skinny and even tended to malnutrition. The cause of emaciation in children varies. Among these are difficult child to eat.

Children who have difficulty eating needs to be addressed appropriately. Children who are in a period of growth and development require adequate nutritional intake. Moreover, optimal nutrition will produce a child with high intelligence. 


Therefore, parents should instill an attitude of love healthy eating to children early on. If the child is already difficult to eat, parents should also look for the root of the problem and re-educate children to love the food.

For children just starting to recognize foods, there is a good start to introduce foods one by one starting with fruits, milk biscuits, rice team, until ready to eat solid completely at the age of one year. Be sure not to provide a variety of food at once. It is also useful to detect children are allergic to certain foods. 

In addition, parents should look at the reasons the child is difficult to eat. Maybe kids suffering from canker sores that hurt when eating. If you're forcing children to eat in that condition, he explained, it will trigger a trouble eating behavior in children. 

Psychological terms, children can be traumatized, either due to canker sores, toothache, or tonsils. The pain when food entered the mouth will make the kids make their own perception that food is the cause of the pain.
