How Fit Are You?

You may think that you are fit enough in doing various activities. How fit are you? Follow the exercises below, to test the extent to which you are able to do so:

1. Calculate your time when walking as far as a mile or jog 1.5 miles.

2. Calculate how much you can do sit-ups within one minute. Do sit-ups and a half, lying with the knees bent backwards, then sit with your feet and kiss your knee straightened out. Keep your back and knees parallel and as straight position as possible.

3. Count how many push-ups you can do in a minute.

4. Sit on the floor, sprawl your legs and place your fingertips as far as possible. Measure how far you can stretch the body forward. Measure the circuitry to use the meter with the help of relatives or your spouse. Do it three times, to get the farthest distance you stretch the body.

5. Measure the height, weight and your waist.

Perform the above exercise on the next day, to know the progress you can see and monitor every day. It would be better, you do it after exercise.
