New Mom Myth Is Not Right

Shortly after giving birth to her first child, many mothers are experiencing excessive concern for following the mindset that is a myth. In fact, the postpartum period should be the first child of fun times because of pride in being a mother. There are two common things that create confusion and worry about the new mothers.

The first myth, the myth that says the baby should be sleeping through the night. Actually, in most cases it can actually harm the baby. The reason, he did not have enough food reserves in the stomach is still small and in a developmental stage when sleeping.

Wake the baby to nurse at night is recommended. Thus, the baby is getting enough nutrition while he slept. Typically, the baby will wake up 2-3 times in one night. But after reaching the age of three months, it will wake up the frequency decreases.

The second myth, after having children, a mother will not get into shape as before. That concern is not unreasonable although it does after pregnancy for nine months, a mother's weight will increase.

However, the good news is that if a mother breastfeeding her baby in intensive, it will quickly get into shape as before. Why? Due to breastfeeding, a mother can burn calories by 1,500 calories per day. In other words, he does not have to 'bother' exercise hard or consume slimming drugs are just spending money.

Six months postpartum, a mother will feel the changes in her body. Stomach will shrink back, weight loss and skin becomes tauter.
