1. Add your magnesium intake

7. Reduce food or sugary drinks

8. Choose healthy snacks

Choose a healthy snack or a full-energy snacks that contain protein, fiber and less fat. Like wheat bread spread with peanut butter, or yogurt with a handful of nuts.
