Vitamin A is Not Good for Smokers
This is a warning to smokers. Multivitamins or vitamin is not always good for them. Take a multivitamin that promoted good for eye health because it contains a high beta-carotene could actually increase the risk of lung cancer attacks.
Thus the results of the latest research conducted Tawee Tanvetyanon and Gerold Bepler of the Institute of Cancer Research Center Moffiti H Lee, University of South Carolina, United States.
Their research shows from smokers who consumed high doses of beta carotene (20-30 mg daily), 24% higher risk than those who did not consume.
