Hastily Eating and Weight Loss
Many people are afraid to eat the night for fear of fatness. But, in fact you do not have to worry about being overweight when do you eat right and not in a hurry.
According to research from the University of Rhode Island in Kingston, someone who can slow down the eating process will consume 70 calories lower when compared with those who ate fast.
Yvonne Nienstad, nutrition director of Lanco La Puerta in Tecate, Baja California, Mexico, said that the consumption of fewer calories, before a meal should take a deep breath through your nose for a couple of times and then release it slowly through your mouth in order to reach the relaxed conditions.
Relaxed conditions before a meal can also be achieved by repetitive activity. For example, peeling or doing something similar for nerves to be relaxed.
That relax conditions would be the brakes on hurry appetite.
