If you think that you need to drink more, there are a few tips to increase your body's fluids and reap the benefits of the water you drink:
1. Drink every time you eat when you are big and small snack foods.
2. Choose beverages that you like, you will tend to drink more if you like the taste.
3. Eat more fruits and vegetables.
Fruits and vegetables contain sufficient water to be absorbed by your body. Approximately 20% of our body fluids taken from food.
4. Keep a bottle of drinking water in the car, desk, even in your bag.
5. Choose beverages that fit the needs of your body. Take a non-caloric beverage or water only, do not drink soda and artificial sweeteners.
