Fasting Overcome Jet Lag

Perhaps you have experienced jet lag. The problem was caused by time zone differences between the origin and location of the field. It will disrupt the body's biological clock, so one of them will result in sleep patterns.

The results of the study Dr. Clifford Saper of Harvard Medical School and colleagues concluded that jet lag can be overcome by fasting at least 16 hours before travel. Normally, the body's natural clock in the brain will tell you when to eat, sleep, or wake up.

Now, researchers found a second biological clock. This clock takes over the function of the body's natural clock first when we're hungry and helping us adjusts to new time zones.

Saper said when less food, animals capable of controlling the biological clock to improve the chances of obtaining food. Saper and his team conducted experiments using mice.
