Hormones and Sleep Disorders

ACCORDING to research, every night, on average every teenager lost more than 1 hour time and had to wake up their sleeping 2.5 hours earlier than the proper time.

Research leader Swineburne Suzanne Warner of the University of Technology in Hawthorn, Australia, said there are genetic traits in all people who determine whether it includes the 'morning person' or 'man tonight'.

The key problem is melatonin, a hormone that signals the body when to rest and sleep. In teenagers entering puberty, the hormone melatonin out getting late.

That's what triggered the teens awake at night and consequently often slept late. Teens who Uncategorized 'man tonight' tend to have negative thoughts about themselves.

Environmental factors such as room lights are also very influential because light can reduce the amount of melatonin so that makes getting late teens awake.
