Stop Coughing Tips

Cough is very disturbing, especially for those who are doing the activity. Even at night you cannot sleep too soundly. The following are tips that you can do to control your cough:

1. Breathe in the warm steam from a basin or sink containing warm water. Humidity will relieve the airway and reduce nasal congestion and mucus in the throat and your lungs. A few drops of eucalyptus oil will help.


2. Lift your head from the bed. This will create nasal and sinus is reduced and did not make the itch in your throat.

3. Stop smoking. passive smoke or thing in question, such as the chemicals could be the cause of cough. Household cleaners, new carpeting, even a new mattress is an example of donor contributions through a chemical cause.

4. Drink at least 8 glasses of water. This is especially important if your cough causes pain. Water is a good expectorant that you can use to reduce mucus and reduce coughing.

5. Use a natural expectorant that heals. Do not use an expectorant which only relieve symptoms for a moment.

6. Try eating spicy foods, such as foods containing chili, lots of pepper and other spicy seasonings. Spicy flavor will be able to reduce mucus.

7. During cold weather, if your room is dry, use a humidifier and vaporizer at night. This will make less fluid. Make sure you clean the vaporizer, because the dirty state may be a nest of bacteria.

8. Drinking hot tea to get rid of mucus and open and moisten the airways.

9. If you experience a dry cough, cough candies or throat lozenges can help relieve itching and will moisten the throat.

10. Avoid foods that can make mucus production increases, such as meat and fried.

11. Paste the contents of the bottle in warm water on your chest and throat, so you feel comfortable.
