Be a Healthy Workaholic

There are a few tips you can do to become a healthy workaholic:

1. Take your time to exercise. Despite your busy work time-consuming, you could spend at least 15 minutes to walk down the hall to stretch your body, or just walk out of the office for a moment to breathe the air outside and relax your mind.


2. If you find it difficult to escape the office, do massage, gentle massage on the feet, hands, neck and body parts are stretched with a lotion or essential oil. Or if possible, use electronic massagers to be more relaxed.

3. If you want to relax, drink a warm beverage. Choose herbal drinks such as ginger-flavored drink in order to keep your stamina. If you cannot find it, just make hot tea that is placed close to you.

4. Take time for family. According to psychologists, the balance between personal life and work became the basis for staying healthy. Calculate the time you spend to work and your time for family, so you'll get a realistic picture of the balance of your life.

5. Do your hobbies. At the weekend, treat yourself to a hobby that you no longer do.

6. Leave work at work. For a while, leave cell phones, laptops and records of your work. Spend a little time when in the office chatting with the family by telephone, although just 15 minutes.

7. Get enough sleep. In an American study, people who sleep less tend to be at risk of mental disorders. Lack of sleep will result in reduced some body functions, including immune system regulation and metabolism. If possible, do nap for 20-30 minutes. Studies show that napping can increase the energy return without difficulty sleeping at night.

8. Selective in choosing jobs. Make the limit of work would you do in one day. Adhere to the notes you have created, so that your time will be more regular.
