Fight Depression with Positive Thinking

Every human being has a variety of problems. However, different problems had led to one thing, namely depression. Depression can be a disease when:

- Mood getting worse
- Occur for two weeks or more
- Affect the performance of your home or office

Sign of a depressed person:





  • Always feel worthless
  • Sleep disorders, namely insomnia or sleeplessness at night
  • Loss of appetite or appetite resulting in weight loss
  • It is difficult to control emotions such as excessive pessimism, quick-tempered, always feeling guilty, and exhaustion.
  • Emotional varied in a single day, such as when the morning feeling very angry but when the day did not feel anything happening.
  • Never seen anything with a positive outlook, including hobbies and things that usually made her smile

  • Losing energy and feeling weak force
