Tips Avoid Headaches

The headaches may have become an everyday experience. Headaches caused by various factors and triggers. But the most common factor was stress.

U.S. National Library of Medicine informs some tips to relieve stress that automatically reduces the risk of getting a headache.




  • Enough sleep every night.
  • Set a healthy diet, including avoiding fast food.
  • No smoking.
  • Do exercise regularly. Often stretch the neck, shoulders, and upper body. That would be very useful, especially for you who work at the computer every day.
  • Maintain good posture.
  • Do a meditation, yoga, or relaxation techniques that involve breathing.
