How to Have a Good Night Sleep


When you look into the mirror and you think that you need 'eye rest' then, all you need is more than just sleep. Sleep is an essential component to recover and heal your body. Do not mind the condition of fatigue that you feel. Use 8 hours every night to develop in order to better your condition.


Go lying down to sleep. Do not sleep on your left, because the heart can be pinched when you sleep. Your mind will make you position yourself as comfortable as possible to sleep. When you're lying in bed, you imagine how hard you work today and you deserve to sleep soundly. Then put your neck comfortable as possible to begin immediately to sleep.

If you have difficulties to relax yourself, try using lavender oil on the water in your bathtub, or sprinkle lavender oil on a handkerchief and place it beside the pillow where you sleep. Lavender can provide 'induction' alpha waves so that you sleep soundly.

If you have a 'sleep apnea', which often fall short of breath when you sleep, then see your doctor. Because this is a serious condition and you must get treatment immediately. Sleep Apnea can lead to death, because that sleep apnea is called 'the silent killer'.
