Five Rules of Diet


In keeping with stamina and a healthy body, you should be able to manage the daily diet. Adjust your caloric intake in such a way, so the body can process it properly. Here are some tips you can do:


Rule 1. Keep your intake of 1,500 calories per day. If you weight over 100 pounds, increase your calorie intake to 1700 calories by adding 100-200 calories in a snack or a snack, or you can also add extra protein at lunch or dinner.

Rule 2. Eat every 4 hours. If you take it any longer, will make your blood sugar and energy levels and make you fall you prefer foods that do not have nutrient. Every day you'll consume 400 calories at breakfast, 300 calories during lunch and 500 calories at dinner, plus 100 and 200 calories in a snack or dessert.

Rule 3. Consume of 3 ounces of protein at lunch and dinner. Eat up to 4 ounces of calories if your calorie intake 1700 calories.

Rule 4. Be careful with the snacks. In lieu of a snack before lunch or before dinner, schedule a nutritious and healthy snack between lunch and dinner or after dinner.

Rule 5. Drink water more often. Many people misunderstand; that when they feel thirsty even eats, and maintains hydration of body fluids helps your body's metabolism in tip top condition. Choose drinks that contain no calories, such as mineral water, herbal tea or black tea. And limit your caffeine consumption.
