Many families have not realized the importance of mental health in the family. As we know, physical health can be done with personal hygiene and by eating nutritious foods. But how does his mental health in the family?

Mental health in the family is very important, especially in difficult times like today. Mentally unhealthy can be caused by depression, bipolar, and schizophrenia (multiple personality). The most dominant mental state usually affected because of depression.
