Dry Skin Care Tips


The dry season makes the moisture of your skin that tends to dry more so stiff. Never fear, there are easy tips that can help you to take care of your skin is dry.

1. Do not be too long
Warm bath is very soothing, and is able to restore your energy before bedtime.
But there are things you should look for when deciding to take a bath of warm water, do not be too long. Because with your bath water warm for too long, can make existing natural moisturizer on the skin being eroded.

2. Picky soap
Choose a mild soap and a moisturizer. Avoid antibacterial soap or deodorant soap, because the formula is less harsh and less suitable for dry skin types. Choose a mild soap that does not use perfume, or a mild fragrance.

3. Use a Moisturizer
The best way to reduce or prevent dry skin is a moisturizer. Use a moisturizer such as hand and body lotion after your shower to restore skin elasticity. Do not forget to drink plenty of water, as moisture from the inside.

4. Continue using sunscreen
Approximately 80% of sunlight can penetrate behind the clouds, snow and fog. If you are too old and too often exposed to these rays, your face will be "decorated" with wrinkles and black spots. Not only that, your risk of skin cancer because UV rays A and B that exist on the sun will be higher. Use a sunscreen or sun block, at least 10 minutes before you leave home.

5. Use a lip moisturizer
Lips have no natural moisturizing preparations, so it will easily dry and cracked. Give your lips like a lip balm lip moisturizer that has sunscreen with a SPF level of 15 or more.

6. Facial and mask
When you do a facial at home, do not use harsh soaps that have an element of scrubs. Due to the rough texture can erode scrub your skin moist. For the mask, use mask that is specially made for dry skin, usually contain extracts avocado (avocado) or carrots.

But it would be better if you mix your own mask, i.e., with 2 pieces that have been mashed avocado. Apply on face between 20-30 minutes, or until slightly reduced water mask.
