Benefits of Raw Food

MANY people are confused in choosing a healthy diet, because so many diets recommended by the books or magazines. Then raw foods is also a craze that shocked the medical world and make people believe in what can be offered by the raw food. 

At the most basic reason, eating raw foods better if the food is organic, vegan (not the kind of products that contain animal, except maybe honey), and not processed. These foods are not cooked above a certain temperature to withstand natural vitamins and minerals. That is a benefit that makes people think of making changes to their diet.


Initially, the meat-free foods are generally recognized to be healthier than other types of nutrition for adults. If you do not eat meat, you also do not consume cholesterol or saturated fat contained in meat. 

You'll also avoid things like displacement of fat found in foods that are processed the same as the chemical elements found in almost every packaged food today. Without the content of these materials, people who eat raw foods reported:

2. Decreased cholesterol levels. 
3. The skin is brighter. 
4. Weight loss. 
5. Immune system stronger. 
6. Adding energy. 
7. Better digestion. 

Raw foods contain lots of fiber that make doctors believe that it may help prevent some types of cancer and other digestive problems. 

Eating raw food takes a little time to get used to. Preparation and planning should be more severe. It is recommended that you introduce raw foods into your diet gradually.
