  1. Stop smoking
  2. Get your ideal weight and away from obesity
  3. Reduce levels of Low Density Lipoprotein (LDL) or bad cholesterol in the body
  4. Avoid low blood pressure and high blood pressure, normalize your blood pressure
  5. If you have diabetes, try to control blood sugar levels
  6. If your doctor recommends taking certain drugs, then do it

According to a study, if you can limit the things that can harm yourself, then you will be able to live an average of 1.3 years longer, reducing the risk of heart attack 63% and 31% of stroke in the next 30 years.

So why should not wait too long, the sooner the better right?
