Mixed Paint Disturb Fertility
If you like painting, be careful. Chemicals in the paint turned out to potentially interfere with male fertility. Researchers from the University of Manchester and University of Sheffield, England, found it in a study of 2000 people who visited the fertility clinic.
Of the visitors, on average that has problems with fertility are those whose job using glycol solvent, such as the painter or artist.
They have probably 250% more likely to have fertility problems.
That's because the glycol solution weakens the movement of sperm that determines the level of fertility. "A number of certain glycol ethers can affect male fertility. Indeed, in the last two decades the use of this material has been reduced. However, many workplaces are still using this material, because it should be reduced, "said Dr. Andy Povey of the University of Manchester.
