Reducing Sugar in Food

YOU can reduce your habit of eating sweet foods. There are tips that may you live to reduce the desire to eat sweet foods.

1. Drink water when the desire to drink a cup of sweet tea or coffee. Or if you want to eat a piece of sweet cake, replace it with fruits that you like.

2. If you are powerless to stem the desire to eat sweet foods or drinks, reduce the sugar content. Use only a quarter of your habit of using sugars.

3. If your intention is strong enough to not eat sweet foods or drinks, then hold yourself to not eat sweets for at least 3 weeks. Energy intake of sugar substitute you can get from fruits such as apples, oranges and other fruits soon.

After 3 weeks you refrain from the habit of eating sweet foods, your tongue will get used and your desire to eat and drink will not be as strong as totally sweet.
