Chicken Able to Reveal Allergy

Chickens are not only delicious when made into dishes. The birds were also able to reveal allergies suffered by humans.

The study researchers at King’s College London show that animals have an important molecular version of 'ancient' responsible for allergic reactions.

"This molecule is like a living fossil. Learn it like retrace allergic reaction to revolution 160 years ago," said Dr. Alex Taylor, one of the team of researchers.


The researchers say the discovery, published in the Journal of Biological Chemistry has been opened 'new places of interest' to cure allergic diseases.

They hope the discovery will require the discovery of more effective allergy drugs, namely to prevent it in the early stages. So far, the treatment of allergies is done by dealing with cases that have occurred so that it becomes less effective.
