Weightlifting Exercise Tips


Weightlifting is one sport that is good to train the muscles and body shaping. Yet not many people who want to do it. If at any time you have the opportunity to the gym and feel tempted to try this sport, there are several things to consider so that you can avoid injury.

•  It is better you hire a special coach to teach you how to do the right weight lifting
•  Determine the amount or range of heavy metal according to your age and physical strength, do it within your means and do not force you lift the load to be
•  If you are aged 15 years or less, may still be too early to start this sport
•  Warm up before starting, and do not forget to do stretching or cooling when finished


•  Use the appropriate shoes (sport shoes)
•  Better supervision of another person you ask when doing this exercise, especially when you will actually lift the iron.
