Home Facial Treatment Tips

It is an irony that struck more than half of adult women struggling to overcome the wrinkles around the eyes. "The level of fluctuating estrogen, a hormone that stimulates the gland can cause this," says Jonette E. Keri, MD, PhD from University of Miami School of Medicine. In addition to the influence of hormones, stress levels are also affected.

There are some skin cares you can do at home. Skin care at home can fight the causes of acne, which is blackheads that clog the oil and dead skin cells and swelling caused by the bacterium P. Acnes. You can do this routine treatment by using a product that uses two formulas to treat acne as well as aging, namely:

1. Salicylic Acid, which can make the collapse of blackheads and soften the skin by removing dead skin cells.

2. Retinoid such as retinol, vitamin A which can cure acne, fine lines and dark spots to normalize cell turnover.

3. Humectants which stimulate moisture and anti-swelling, such as those found in green tea and allantoin to cope with swelling of the skin.

Follow the steps below to eradicate and prevent acne that arise:

Morning Care

Clean your face gently with a facial soap that contains salicylic acid. "That content directly eradicates blackheads and dead skin cells," says Diane Berson, MD, a dermatologist from the Weill Medical College of Cornell University. Avoid cleaners that use gel (which can contain alcohol) and scrub, which can erode the skin oils that make it too dry and actually produce excess oil.

Perform skin care if you have a scar, there is brush the wound with salicylic acid or benzyl peroxide. The content of these can kill the bacteria on the skin surface and the oil dries up.

If your skin is dry, brush a moisturizer with SPF 15 or higher. Choose which contain alpha-hydroxyl acids (AHAs) such as glycolic acid for a double advantage. AHA peels off blackheads and removes dead skin cells as well as a skin moisturizer. If your face is oily, use an oil-free. UV rays thicken the outer portion of the skin, which can lock causing blackheads and dilated pores.

Day Care

Remove your makeup gently; non-medical cleanser makes the skin unable to peel if you do not clean to remove make-up.

Brush retinol cream, a prescription retinoid Retin-A is used to treat acne and to fight wrinkles. "Retinoid help clean and prevent all kinds of acne, ranging from initial formation to inflammatory acne and red swelling around the jaw," said Keri. OTC retinoid like retinol does not like the Rx, but it can reduce the irritation and adjust to your skin condition.
