Avoid Oily Skin Tips

OILY skin is shiny skin that looks like smeared with oil, skin feels smooth to the touch and the skin tends to many so-called black spots or blemishes. Then the skin of acne on the face, it must be signs of oily skin. 
  
It's important to keep skin clean and controlling the process of discharge of oil or fat that comes out of the pores of your face. But the plus side, oily skin can take care of your skin slowly, in contrast to other skin types, because the natural oils out of the pores can help you from the skin of fine lines and wrinkles on the face.


There are a few skin tips so you do not produce excessive oil: 

1. It's important for you to cleanse your face twice a day, first when the morning and before bed. Always use a gentle cleanser (mild). Cleaning can prevent the blackheads and reduce acne. 

2. Use cleaners that contain astringents to remove excess oil. Avoid cleansers that contain alcohol. It is advisable to you to use natural products. Products with alcohol content will leave the oil on your skin. 

3. If your skin has acne, do not touch and do not press the pimples on your face. Acne, if you press, will leave a permanent scar that is difficult to remove. Currently there are some creams for acne products available in the market. Consult the matter to your dermatologist to know which products are suitable for your skin. 

4. If possible, wash your face in a professional place once a month. 

5. Drink at least 8 glasses a day. Because water can help detoxify the body. 

6. Avoid fried foods and chocolate 
   
7. Make sure your diet is balanced, including fruits and green vegetables in your daily menu. 

Home care for oily skin: 

1. Enter a bowl of water into the fridge and splash cold water onto your face 3-4 times a day. Cold water can not only make your face look fresh, but will also tighten your pores. 

2. Neem leaves are excellent for acne. Product neem leaves are usually shaped pasta. Apply on the infected skin. Let stand for at least one hour. Effect of Neem leaves will dry up your acne quickly. 

3. For the scars left by acne, use calamine lotion. Apply a little lotion on acne scars before you sleep and gradually your acne scars will disappear. 
   
4. The best product for oily skin is cold cucumber. Finely grated cucumber or blender to form a paste, not too watery. Then chill in the refrigerator. Use cold cucumber before on your face.
