Recognize Symptoms of Miscarriage


If you are currently pregnant, need to watch some of the things that can cause miscarriage. But there are also things you should consider when symptoms of miscarriage began to feel. Symptoms of miscarriage include:


1. Light or heavy bleeding of the vagina, either regular or irregular. Although bleeding is often the first sign of miscarriage, during the first trimester of pregnancy may also occur in normal pregnancies. And bleeding usually occurs continuously, at least for 3 days.

2. Pain. You may have pelvic cramps, abdominal pain or pain in the middle of the lower back. Pain may be felt for several hours to several days after bleeding begins.

3. Blood clots or grayish in soft tissue (the fetus) that passes through the vagina. When you find the blood clot, take it to the doctor to useful to keep their certainty whether you have a miscarriage or not.

4. Extreme fatigue. You feel sluggish and not powered, weak and unable to sustain the body properly. This could be an early sign of miscarriage will occur.

Not always easy to tell whether a miscarriage giving role. Miscarriage symptoms sometimes do not occur at the beginning but there are chains that occur over several days.

Things that may increase the risk of miscarriage:

1. Your age is over 35 years
2. Had experienced previous miscarriages (three or more times)
3. Polycystic ovary syndrome, which can cause ovulation problems, obesity, increased hormone levels in men and increased risk of diabetes.
4. Infected by bacteria or a virus during pregnancy
5. History of giving birth to deformed babies
6. Exposed to chemicals such as benzene, arsenic or formaldehyde before and during pregnancy.
7. Drinking alcoholic beverages
8. Smoking when pregnant
9. Use of illicit drugs
10. Bitten by snake
11. Consuming lots of caffeine during pregnancy
  

Chorionic Villus Sampling (CVS) or amniocentesis to check for possible birth defect or genetic problem. When performed by a trained person, one study showed that the test there is a risk of miscarriage of about 1 vs. 400. Several studies have shown a higher risk. The risk of this large might be inclined to a less experienced medical center, especially for CVS.

However. Dealing with computer monitors or electric blankets, sexual intercourse and light physical exercises do not increase the risk of miscarriage.
