Tips Prepare Maternity
For those of you who are currently pregnant and in the near future will soon give birth, you should begin to prepare everything for delivery later in order not to bother when the baby started to 'force' to promptly meet his mother. There are a few tips you can do in preparing for childbirth:
For Mom
1. Prepare at least 2-3 negligees or nightgown with buttons down the front for easy wear and when to let go.
2. One set of clothes for your home from the hospital.
3. A pair of sandals, for you walks in the hospital and to keep your feet warm.
4. Underwear. Take also for nursing bras and panties to taste.
5. Maternal specifically sanitary napkins. But if you do not get it, you could use an extra long regular pads or pads that you normally wear as much as 2-3 times the usual usage.
6. Special corset for maternal, you can get them at stores that sell baby supplies.
7. Your equipment daily. Bring a powder, compact powder, comb, lipstick, perfume and other equipment to greet your friends or relatives when you visit after childbirth.
8. Toiletries such as towels, soap, toothpaste, toothbrush and cleanser. In some hospitals have been provided, but if you want to use your own is better prepared.
For Babies
Usually hospitals are already providing all kinds of baby gear, so you simply provide a preparation when I got home from the hospital.
1. Diapers just bring some fruit.
2. Baby clothes; just bring 2-3 pieces clothes. Because sometimes the baby has spit up (regurgitate a little milk for satiety)
3. Blankets to warm the baby.
4. Socks and baby's hands.
5. Fabric to hold.
6. Also bring a jacket or coat for the baby.
Put the purposes of mother and baby in a different bag for easy look.
