Change Lifestyle Prevent Child Obesity
How adorable when we saw a little boy fat, chubby-cheeked and plump.
But you know that a child who has excess body weight that is inconsistent with age is a symptom of obesity? A child is said to be obese if you have a body mass index greater than the 95th percentile.

There are a few tips you can do to prevent children from obesity, it takes time and patience but it's worth a try:
1. Change Lifestyle
Parents should be role models for their children, what parents will be quickly imitated by children. Set a good example, especially in the application of a healthy lifestyle. If our lifestyle is still less stable and unhealthy, switch to a healthier life.
2. Take time to indulge
Do physical activity into your passion or hobby, but try your family can do it too. For example such as jogging, swimming, cycling, and various other minor activities.
Spend special time, like on a weekend and do it regularly.
3. Choose Healthy Foods
Reduce or if possible avoid fast food or junk food that kept many disadvantages for the health of your body and family. Reduce consumption of foods containing artificial sweeteners and preservatives. Create your own food for the family, so that nutrition and hygiene can be ensured. Expand to eat vegetables and fruit, and drink enough water and vitamins.
4. Set your child diet
Give your child eat 3 times a day with a sufficient portion, containing complete element. Adjust feeding schedule, and not too often provide a snack while playing or while relaxing. If your child hungry outside meal schedule, provide fresh fruit or fruit juice. But if not, redirect his attention on positive things such as watering plants or read him fairy tales.
5. Show your attention
It's important for you to give attention to your child. Do not store food that will only give harm to your health and your family, such as soft drinks, junk food, snack high in cholesterol, and a variety of foods that do not provide many benefits in your home.
