YOU have taken a big step to avoid pancreatic cancer if you eat lots of vegetables every day. There are five choices of vegetables for your pancreas. The following types of vegetables contain substances that are required to maintain pancreatic health, ranging from vitamin C, and carotenoids, folate and fiber:
1. Leaves and dark green, like spinach, radish, cabbage, and pepper.
2. Vegetables such as broccoli and cabbage plants.
3. Vegetable-orange-yellow vegetables such as corn, squash, sweet potatoes, and carrots.
4. Legumes such as soybeans, lentils, and beans 'five'.
5. Alum vegetables, especially onions and garlic.
