Mary J. Blige, the queen of R & B and hip-hop, share six secrets for transforming the mind, body and soul. Blige shared how she fought her bad habits, including depression, cocaine use, alcohol, and uncontrolled anger, and how the strategy to control it.

Superstar singer offers six strategies to improve body shape, activity, and your life this year, as contained in the WebMD site:


1. Routine exercise, even if you do not like it. "I do not like exercise," says Blige. "I appreciate what the sport make for me." She said the effect that she get with regular exercise is a remarkable stamina while she was on stage.
