Exercise According to Body Shape

HAVE you noticed that your body shape is different with close friends, relatives, or coworkers? Or, maybe you wonder why anyone would have a body like an hourglass shape, while others have a physique like a pear? This is because every person, whether male or female, was born with the type and form of a specific agency. 

The type and shape is dependent of genetic factors as well as your exercise routine and your diet. Not everyone is satisfied with their body shape, but there are ways to optimize the shape. Here's how to recognize the shape of your body and how to make it beautiful by choosing the most appropriate exercise.

3 Body type 

Endomorph. Endomorph tends to have larger bones than other body types. Men and women of this type usually have a round face with thighs and hips are larger. Endomorph has the arms and legs tend to be short and oval, so that makes them look shorter. Most of the endomorph have small hands and feet and waist high. In addition, the endomorph has a higher fat content than other body types, but this type can build muscles and relieve muscle more easily. Endomorph body type is most difficult to lose weight. 

Mesomorph. Mesomorph usually described with an athletic body. Usually they have a body like an hourglass or ruler, as well as easy to build muscle mass. Most of the mesomorph has broad shoulders and narrow waist. They have a fast metabolism and can lose weight more easily than the endomorph. 

Ectomorph. Ectomorph have the appearance of thin and straight. Most of the ectomorph looks like a ruler, with the waist, hips and narrow shoulders. Ectomorph can easily lose weight and tend to have lower fat content. However, this type is difficult to build muscle mass. 

Maybe you do not get along with the three categories above. This is common because usually people have a combination of body types. A common combination is the ecto-mesomorph and endo-mesomorph. 

What is your body shape? 

Shape your body depends on the size of the physical shape and balance the body in general. Men and women tend to have different body shapes. The man often described having rectangular shape or a funnel-shaped body. Women usually have a body like an hourglass, pear, apple, or ruler.

Hourglass: Women with a body like an hourglass shape often makes other women jealous. This is because the shape of an hourglass shape having an upper and a lower proportion, with a narrow waist. However, if you include an hourglass, you tend to gain weight throughout the body, particularly in the hips and chest. Hourglass tend to be endomorph or mesomorp. 

Pear: Women who have a pear-shaped bodies tend to have lower body is greater than the upper body. If you fall into this category, you will find that your hips are slightly wider than your shoulders and you tend to gain weight in the area below the waist. These forms usually have small chests and flat stomachs. Most people with bodies such as the pear shape is a mesomorph. 

Apples: Apples usually have a larger size than the central part of the body to the top than the middle of the body down. They usually have a slim hips and chest and big belly. Apples tend to gain weight above the waist or along the back. Most of the apple is a mesomorph, or endomorph. 

Ruler: women with a physique like rulers tend to slim. There was no difference in size between the hips, waist, and their chests. Rulers tend to gain weight in the abdomen and back, with arms and legs are thin. Most of these forms is ectomorph. 

Optimizing body shape 

Although you may not be 100% satisfied with the type and shape of your body, there are several ways that can help you beautify them. Here are some exercises that you can do to sculpt your body: 

For an hourglass shape 

If your body shape like an hourglass, you should focus on cardio and stretching exercises. Cardio will help you maintain weight, while stretching will help to balance your upper body and bottom. Vary your repetitions and keep the load used in the stretch is not too heavy. This is to avoid excessive muscle formation. You can try sports such as jogging, cycling, jumping rope, and swimming. 

To form a pear 

If your body shape like a pear, is very important to choose a sport that will balance your upper body and bottom. You may also want to lose weight the bottom. Therefore, focus on aerobic activities that work on lower body and stretching exercises to build upper body. Use light weights and doing exercises with a high repetition rate. You can try to do sports are like roads, cycling, elliptical training, jumping rope, lifting legs, push ups, chin ups, and shoulder presses. 

To form the apple 

If your body shape like an apple, focus on aerobic exercises for slimming the body and reduce fat. By working on the lower body, you can balance your chest and shoulders. Choose a low-resistance exercise and low-repetition such as climbing stairs, walking up hill, running, and squatting.
