Sleep Lose Weight

The research team from California found women who slept more than five hours when their child is six months old, a chance to lose weight three times greater than other women who slept less than that.
"During this known sleep problems can lead to weight gain and obesity in the normal population. Study proves adequate sleep is as important as setting a healthy diet and exercise for young mothers who want to lose weight postpartum," said Erica Gunderson, their head of research.

Eat More Chocolate during Pregnancy
Chocolate may be avoided for the sake of your diet, but do not avoid these foods during pregnancy. Eating lots of chocolate was very good for you and your baby in the womb.
Research conducted recently by Yale University researchers proved that mothers who ate chocolate every day, reducing the potential for preeclampsia disease to 65%.

The study, led by Elizabeth Triche observed 1681 women. A total of 1346 infants had umbilical cord blood samples taken.

A study showed that infants who received breastfeeding exclusively for six months can increase the Intelligence Quotient (IQ) in children when grown-up. So that would make the child will be smarter than babies given formula.

Preeclampsia Increases Baby Heart Disease Risk
BABIES whose mothers suffer from pre-eclampsia (pregnancy poisoning) have a greater risk of suffering from cardiovascular disease that is related to heart disease.
