Fibers Make Healthy Digestion

CONSUME 25-30 grams of fiber per day to live a healthy organic lifestyle, is very important. As already widely known, fiber consumption is necessary to maintain digestive health because it can bind to toxic substances, cholesterol, and excess fat so that it can halt the progression of diseases. Fiber also stimulates the growth of good bacteria (probiotics) and suppress the growth of bad bacteria that strengthen the immune system.

Another advantage is that fiber may prevent obesity, inhibiting fat absorption by the intestine, as well as prolonging the feeling of satiety can suppress the desire to eat. Diseases such as diabetes mellitus, hypertension, colon cancer, diverticulosis disease, coronary heart disease, stroke, and gallstones can also be prevented by eating and food appropriately.

The key to a fit and healthy lifestyle is to eat healthy, think healthy, healthy rest, and healthy activity. Eating healthy is to eat according to your needs and balanced nutrition. Consisting of 60% -70% carbohydrates, 10% -15% protein, 20% -25% fat, and high in fiber. High fiber is good for the digestive tract which has the function of digesting food, absorption, disposal, and the immune system.

Advised to eat lots of fiber, at least 25-30 grams per day. Fiber as much as it can be obtained from the five servings of fruit (five different fruit) and 3 servings of vegetables every day.

It could also eat cereal every day, legumes such as soybeans, wheat bread, and by adding two cups of water every day. A good digestion will help the proper functioning of the six systems of the human body, ie a system that works for detoxification, immune system, regulatory system, regeneration system, inflammatory system, metabolic system, and spirit.
