Recognize 6 Symptoms of Serious Illness

Are you familiar experience dizziness, chest pains, difficulty breathing, or even that you consider trivial issues like sore? Do not ignore things that are often experienced. Could be symptoms of serious illnesses suffered in your body.

In his book, Your Body's Red Light Warning Signals, Neil Shulman, MD, explains from head to toe how to recognize signs of disease in your body. There are various symptoms that indicate serious disease, "Symptoms of a road which resulted in many deaths. There is a death full of suffering and horrible that could have been avoided, but people do not know there is something wrong," said Shulman.

There are six signs that you should be aware:

1. If you experience drastic weight loss or loss of appetite unwarranted. Perhaps you have a serious medical illness. "If you're on a diet, of course you hope it happens. But if you eat the same food, but your body is getting smaller, so you can have a serious problem," said Shulman.

"With ovarian cancer, the opposite is true," he said. "Liquid form in the abdomen and the women think they gain weight. But if you find yourself having the same weight in recent years, and do not do different things, see a doctor."

2. Talk nonsense, paralysis, weakness, pains, burning pain, numbness and confusion are symptoms of a stroke, and you should get appropriate treatment as soon as possible. Early treatment may prevent damage to the brain or can even save your life.

Talking nonsense can be so unknown. However, you may have a blood clot in a blood vessel or bleeding in the brain vasculature.

3. Black dirt that may indicate bleeding from the wound in your stomach or small intestine. It is very important so that bleeding can be stopped and to find out whether they could cause cancer.

What you eat can change the color of dirt. But if black, there could be injuries or upper gastrointestinal bleeding. This could be a sign of bleeding in the intestines or even cancer.

4. Headache accompanied by stiff neck and fever, is an indicator of a serious infection called meningitis circuitry.

In fact, if you have trouble attaching your chin to your chest, it is a sign that you may be suffering from bacterial meningitis. With bacterial meningitis, you need antibiotics immediately to kill the bacteria before the bacteria infect and injure the brain.

5. Headache that comes on suddenly and painfully, in contrast to what you experienced before, it could be a headache is sudden bleeding in your brain. Soon you check yourself and do your treatment in hospital.

Aneurysm disease is rare, but it can happen (even to people under age 40). "The disease may be disastrous if no immediate action is taken," said Shulman. If you have an excruciating head pain, you may get an aneurysm, in which blood vessels weakened and thinned, so that inflates the blood vessels towards the outside of the brain arteries. If treated before rupture of blood vessels, can save you.

6. A. For women: Vaginal bleeding after menopause is a sign of possible cancer.
Some women are denied when he was found bleeding in the postmenopausal period. "Some think that it is no big thing, or there is something in their urine," said Shumlan. However, bleeding after menopause is a symptom of cervical cancer (uterine cancer), which can be cured if treated early.

  B. For men: The lump on your testicle with or without a small lump in the groin may be it is a serious problem. Testicular cancer is a disease that is often found that are not naturally derived from the abdomen into the scrotum.

For you men, when you shower you should check yourself. "Does not mean you have to do it every day, but do occasionally. It is easy, as easy as you shampoo. If you know the condition of 'normal', then surely you know the condition of 'not normal'," said Shulman.
