RECENT studies show that women who experience menopause early stage it is difficult to sleep deeply.
The researchers interviewed 110 women. All were healthy women aged an average age of 49 years. They all experienced their last menstrual period at least three years.
In that study, most women experience a sense of heat accompanied by sweating, both day and night, dry vagina, insomnia, problems with mood and forgetfulness.
Respondents were questioned about symptoms of menopause for a few weeks and how severe the symptoms that happens, here's their answers:
1. 94.5% had difficulty sleeping
2. 92% find it to be forgetful
3. 87% to be quick-tempered
4. 85.5% night sweats
Most respondents answered, the most severe symptoms and often are sleep problems, night sweats and become more irritable.
Judith A. Berg, PhD which examined the issue in the Journal of Clinical Nursing, as quoted by WebMD says the study looks young and pretty woman who had dementia since their last menstrual period is shorter than before.
It is known that the burning sensation that accompanied the progress of sweat as menopause and other symptoms appear much more severe in early menopause.
