Tips for Using Dental Floss

Toothbrush cannot reach all the teeth in the mouth. Not easily reach the deepest parts of the teeth. If you cannot clean the parts that are not affordable, the plaque can grow and develop.

To anticipate this, you can use dental floss to remove food debris and also to maintain oral hygiene. Here are some tips on using dental floss properly:

  • Use dental floss between your teeth
  • Slip between the teeth so as to form the letter "C" in between teeth
  • Slowly pull the dental floss from the gum to the top of the teeth to remove plaque

If you encounter problems with teeth or gums, do not hesitate to report to the dentist. But sometimes, some people feel embarrassed if you have to go to the dentist. Here are some signs of healthy teeth and gums when you're having problems, requiring immediate medical assistance:

  • Swollen and red gums
  • Bleeding gums when brushing teeth
  • Gums purulent
  • Bad breath
  • Dental rocking
  • Dental upper and lower teeth change when you grind your teeth
  • Too sensitive to the cold or hot.
