Voice Care Tips

People crowded into the gym to establish and maintain their bodies. But in addition to the singer, who is concerned with the condition of the voice?

The voice is 'ambassador' of someone in his expression to show the outside world. The first time someone other than the value of appearance is whether the good performance of the sound in the ears to hear or even be making sick when speaking.

There are a few tips to "shape" your voice character to be more robust:

1. Drinking enough water to keep your body in hydration, and avoid alcohol and caffeine. Vocal cords vibrate very fast, and require a balance of water as a lubricant.
Foods that contain lots of water are also a good source of hydration, such as apples, pears, watermelons, melons, grapes, and plums.

2. At some time, rest your voice. Like quiet when eating, watching TV, reading, and other activities that do not require you to speak. Much like when your school, the teacher tells you to silence during the lesson begins.

3. Do not smoke, or if you feel ready to quit smoking. Smoking can increase the risk of throat cancer, and inhale cigarette smoke (as in passive smokers who inhale cigarette smoke from people smoking despite the non-smoker), can irritate the vocal cords.

5. Keep your throat and neck muscles to relax even when you sing. Like when a singer to sing high notes, looked up to the top of their heads, and vice versa.

6. Notice how you speak every day. We recommend that when you talk, a lot of breath when going to arrange to speak so as not to speak in a hurry.

7. Do not let your throat dry for too long. Drink a glass of water when my throat feels dry.

8. If you are sick, keep your voice. Do not talk when the voice was hoarse from a cold or infection.

9. When you have to speak in front of many people, or outdoors, you'll want to use the speaker.

10. Moisten your home and your work area. Remember, moisture is very good for your voice.
