Tips to Keep Metabolism

ARE you easy to feel tired and sick lately? Condition your body must be maintained. In order to keep the daily routine, try these following tips to keep your metabolism:

1. Keep your diet.
Eat regularly, morning, noon and night. If not used to breakfast, you can start the day with a glass of fruit juice or milk.

2. Meet the needs of sleep a night.
Lack of sleep definitely make you tired easily. angry and could not concentrate. Keep your night sleep as much as 9 hours. If a portion of your sleep has not been able to meet, try to substitute with a nap break.

3. Stress can be one factor that makes your metabolism down. Stress can make the disease enters the body and slows the healing process. Take time to chat with friends or hang out at your favorite spot. Be someone who is always filled with joy.

4. Exercise regularly.
Just do light exercise such as cycling or jogging with your friends. Do it happily. Because the sport which is forced can't give maximal result.

5. Drink 8 glasses of water every day.
