Increased Age Decreased Activity
Activities a child will drop dramatically as a teenager. One reason is that least an opportunity for them to do physical activity.
The study, published The Journal of the American Medical Association show at the age of nine, children's physical activity an average of 3 hours a day. At age 15, physical activity they live 49 minutes a day and a half hours on weekends.
Research involving 1,000 children were also reveals even the most energetic child will experience a drastic drop when it reaches puberty. "The rate of decline was very surprising and dramatic," said lead investigator Dr. Philip R Nader.
Not revealed the cause of the decline. However, researchers noted the school is often a source of physical restraint when the kids grow up. Not only that, many schools have reduced physical education so that sport becomes more and more exclusive as children grow.
