Life Style and Urinary Disorders

Adults with unhealthy lifestyle or suffer from obesity potentially experiencing urinary tract disorders. This was revealed in a study led by Dr John B McKinlay of the New England Research Institute, Massachusetts, USA.

McKinlay and his team examined more than 5,500 people aged 30-79 years.
They found three quarters of women and 2/3 of the male subjects showed at least one symptom of urinary tract disorders, such as frequency of urination high, difficulty emptying the bladder, and difficulty holding urine.

The researchers divided the subjects into four classes on women and five men on. The result, cases of lack of exercise, obesity, and alcohol consumption, most commonly found in the class with the most severe symptoms of urinary tract disorders. Smokers also were more susceptible to urinary tract disorders than those who do not smoke.
