If you often difficult to sleep, it could be because you are less relaxed. Try a few easy steps below to make your body feel relaxed before lying in bed.

The first step, keep the mobile phone of your reach or turned off only when necessary.
Scientists from the Wayne State University in Detroit, U.S., found people who are exposed to light radiation from mobile phones took longer to fall asleep.

The second step, adjust the atmosphere of your bedroom as comfortable as possible. Play soft music or a CD containing the sounds of nature to prevent the entry of the voices are annoying. Yellow light bulb of about 25 watts can help you feel calmer.
