1. Decide what you want to eat, whether normal-fat yogurt, low or no fat. You probably have a favorite brand choice with the texture and flavor that you like, but you should still see the sugar content on the label, because it will be different in every flavor and brand.

You can also use yogurt with certain flavors to replace oil or butter is used for muffins, brownies, or cake recipes. Yogurt can also replace all the fat used in cake mixes.
