Not Tired of Drinking Milk


You may be a fan of milk, but you realize sometimes you feel tired should consume milk every day. The following are tips that you can do to avoid boredom when I have to consume milk:

1. Replace your milk at least twice a week with food or beverages that contain milk like ice cream, cheese, or yogurt.


2. If you must drink 2-3 glasses per day, you can reduce it to 1-2 cups per day. Instead, you can meet calcium needs by eating foods such as broccoli, bok choy, spinach, salmon, sardines, and nuts.
