End the Stress on Weekends


Finally the weekend has been waiting for came. After 5 days depressed because of work deadlines are piling up, scolded by the boss, the streets jammed up to lack of sleep can make you stressful. Stress is not managed properly can lead to depression, as has been discussed that depression is one of the symptoms of suicide.


No need to go to places full of entertainment or go on vacation out of town. Simply entertain yourself in the neighborhood, these following tips for you:

1. Think about what you need.
Considering that happiness needs is only known by you, make sure it stays balanced between meeting the needs of your happiness with others. Remember, you do not live alone.

2. Socialization
If you feel alone, look for the community in some place that can provide positive energy and peace within yourself.

3. Friends share
Everyone should have someone to share about their personal problems. Do not keep your personal problems, let your friend give the solution to you or let you be part of the inspiration of others.

4. Stay away from alcohol
Alcohol can affect your mood and also will give adverse effect to others. You can do anything that can make you happy without alcohol or things that hurt yourself.

5. Exercise every day
People with fit and healthy body is very difficult to feel sad, so by exercising every day according to your ability to keep your mind fresh. Do not forget to get enough sleep every day.

6. Avoid TV
Televisions were not made to make physical or mental condition of someone better. Try to avoid the TV, if you want to know the news updates you can read it in newspapers.

7. Do something you love
Cultivate the hobby is that no one bored. With you do many things that favorite; the mind will never escape from feeling happy. So without realizing it, we've spent a lot of our time to things that are good for us. Such as cooking, fishing, or exercising even gather with family.
